4 Week Level 2 Course

The package for the 4-week level 2 course differs slightly from the 10-Week instuctor course package. If you opt to take it as a stand-alone course the 'Included' section is the same as the above but work experience and the avalanche awareness course aren't options - it's very much intensely focused on training towards your NZSIA Level 2. Please enquire via e-mail or telephone to discuss whether the 4-week course is suitable for you if you are choosing it as a stand alone option.

Avalanche kit

A snow shovel, probe, avalanche transceiver and ski pack are included in the avalanche course however some people choose to buy their own backcountry equipment. It's really a personal choice.
