End of Season Party!

On Monday night we had our Farewell Banquet at The Old Elevator restaurant. It was an awesome night, with drinks, a great buffet dinner, draw prizes donated from local shops and bars, awards, a slide show of photos taken during the season, video footage of the seasonaires skiing or boarding, lots of thank-you speeches, singing, and dancing. All those involved with the 2003 course came along including some seasonaires family and friends from the UK. It was an emotional night for some as they were leaving on Wednesday. Steph, not averse to public performing made much use of the microphone and the dance floor. Our snowboard coaches Aubrey and Ryan were forced to sing ‘Summer of 69’ for their tip from the snowboard groups! Ski instructor Jonathon, was presented with a large framed photo of himself after a heavierthan usual night, which caused much embarrassment! Nice one Andy! Afterwards everyone piled into the Central Bar where the partying continued!
